A scoped change after assessing its likely impact, with implementation, basic verification and a brief change record.
DOCUMENTATION
Focused technical documentation

Documentation of approximately one or two features, including processing flow, files, database tables, integrations and unresolved questions.
All figures are starting prices in Japanese yen, not fixed quotations. Changes across multiple screens, batches, systems or high-risk components require separate pricing.

Free inquiry and paid investigation are different services. We will explain the paid scope and cost and seek your agreement before starting technical investigation.
PAYMENT
How payment works
Standard method
Bank transfer is the standard method. Payment instructions and deadlines are provided with the quotation or invoice.
Initial investigation
After the free inquiry, we agree on a technical investigation scope and fee. Work begins after agreement and payment.
Changes and documentation
Depending on scope and price, deposit, milestone or completion-based arrangements may be discussed when quoting.
Business invoicing terms can be discussed case by case. Cross-border availability and payment arrangements should be confirmed before engaging.
WORKING STYLE
Remote-first, text-first.
We primarily use forms and email, with online meetings by arrangement when needed. We normally aim to respond within two business days. Continuous phone support, on-site visits and on-site staffing are not standard services.
